As expected, it didn’t take long for the new SIG Sauer M400 Tread to build a warranted buzz.
With plenty of “room to grow,” the offering marks SIG’s unique take on the concept of an entry-level rifle.
We got our first look at the M400 Tread at the 2018 Athlon Outdoors Rendezvous in Montana. Tactical-Life contributor Todd Burgreen was the first to take the M400 Tread out for a spin on the range.
“The SIG M400 Tread is a top choice for any AR connoisseur no matter if its your first rifle or 10th,” he said. “Performance combined with price — it can be found starting around $799 in stores — is the quickest way to appeal to the shooting public. The M400 Tread will have no problem proving its worth.
