SIG Sauer recently announced its newest line of pistols, the Spartan II series. The SIG Sauer Spartan II includes a full-size and carry 1911 Spartan II, along with the P238 and P938 Spartan II Micro-Compacts.
The Spartan II series of pistols come as hammer-fired, single-action-only, all-metal pistols. Each features a striking distressed coyote finish. Also, each gun utilizes custom engraved aluminum grips featuring the SIG Sauer Spartan helmet. Additionally, an engraved, emblazoned slide with the classic expression “Molon Labe” adorns the grips. Finally, SIGLITE Night Sights complete each pistol package.
The 1911 Spartan II Full-Size and Carry come chambered in .45 Auto and feature an ambidextrous thumb safety. The pistols also include an accessory rail, skeletonized hammer and trigger and all black controls. Two eight-round magazines come with each pistol.
Above all, the Spartan II series of pistols delivers a unique look and feel, yet one that delivers a strong 2nd Amendment message as well.
